We had the executive king studio provided with a bathtub and a king bed and luxurious bed. The staff were super and terrific and the location was super near a funky area of downtown Omaha. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Joslyn Museum Reflective Pool.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better, within walking distance from the lively Old Town area. A great perk was having a nearby Starbucks for tea and coffee. I loved having tea/coffee making facilities, a cozy seating area, and a desk in the room. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of food to choose from.

In our room, we could adjust the temperature to our liking, watch paid TV channels, and easily make ourselves some tea or coffee. ☕

The rooms here are really nice, and they even have a bathtub 😊 The staff is super friendly too. The location is great, in a safe area, and you can walk to an old market nearby. Plus, there's a market right across the street.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating
We were told that covered parking was available and we arrived it was not. I had called twice to confirm this and needles to say, Bill was not a happy camper. He did not want his car parked oudoors. . . .The hotel seems to be a bit tired, and the bed sheets were not comfortable. If we had to stay in Omaha again, we would book the Hilton.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport and local attractions, such as the zoo and Durham museum. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was centrally located next to the Old Market area, where we found plenty of excellent restaurants for dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive.
Not one thing.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms very comfortable and luxurious. The cookies/milk in the evening are a nice touch. The bed very comfy. The patio area beautiful. Bar area and staff very nice. Internet easy to use. Very welcoming lobby. Wish we had more time to stay but got there late on Sun eve and early am airplane to catch Mon. The hotel lived up to what was advertised mostly on their website. Rooms most definitely met expectations. We were not aware that we could have come earlier and ordered dinner in the bar area rather than arrive so late. There really is nothing close by to take a walk or else we did not see it upon our arrival in front of the hotel. Some of the area even looked "run down".
Parking on the street? Yes valet is avail but we don't usually treat ourselves to that. Unfortunately we did not get to have any of the breakfast. It was to be open 6am but even by 6:15 not ready. There was coffee/juice/yogurt/milk/cereal. Could not make toast due to toasters not plugged in. The hot food serving dishes were waiting to be filled. By 6:30am we had to leave to get to the airport. About 6:20am 3 other people came down to get breakfast too. Short staffed for the holiday?

We liked the room service the best. The food was impeccable and service was efficient. We got in to Omaha late at night, around 10:30pm and good thing their room service ends at 11pm. We ordered a burger and some calimari. Both, to our surprise, were delicious and the food came very quickly. The next morning we ordered breakfast and the yogurt parfait also surprised us. Not only did they put in our special request for giving us 2 kinds of fruits but they also gave us extra portion of fruit. Very generous.
The sheets were not very comfortable and the blanket did not cover a king size bed. So if 2 people were sleeping on the king size bed, only one person would be able to get the blanket unless you hold on tight to each other and stay in one section of the king bed.
